I don't have to do that. I just enter my standard Google username and password in the spaces provided. ?
I have the same stinking problem, AND every time I log in to my Blogger/Gmail account, it logs me OUT of my other Gmail account (which is set to always be logged in). I love Google and I've been happy with Blogger but I *hate* that it wants me to use the same log in for both. I don't WANT my full name associated with my blog, and I don't WANT my blog name associated with my professional email :(

That would be annoying... does it have something to do with blogger beta? Did you ever switch over?

I don't know if it has anything to do with beta. I don't think I ever switched over. I have to sign in on the blogger and google account (each, both!) everytime I log onto my dashboard, even though I tell it to remember me. :P
